Divorce.  It’s intensely emotional.  It often involves a lot of paperwork, a lot of discovery and other legal documents.  It’s a trying time.  And, many times it involves a house.  Did you realize, that the house, although it is often the most valuable asset, it is ALSO the most dangerous?  Property settlements are final, there is no do over.  So, after a divorce, why can one ex-spouses inaction affect the others?  It happens more often than you think.  Damaged credit scores, foreclosure, hidden debt.  Continued legal actions long after the divorce should be over.  You may be divorced, but are you divorced financially?  Learn more:
