Day 4, 365 Things to Do in Williamson County

August 18, 2010

Fresh produce. Who doesn’t love a great farmer’s market? Today, I am going to let you in on Williamson County’s Farmer’s Market. The Factory at Franklin, featured on Day 3, hosts The Franklin Farmers Market. Located at the corner of Franklin Road, and Liberty Pike (behind the Factory), you can buy local produce. Open year round, the summer and winter hours vary. From Nov through April, the hours are 9am through 12pm. From May through October, they are open from 8am through 1pm. Over 70 farmers participate, it is worth the trip. Summer often adds a second market day, visit the website for details!

Tomorrow:  A Nature Park that is a City’s best kept secret!
